I can be classified as a serious health nut. I eat huge amounts of raw and/or green veggies each day. Walk 8 to 13 miles each day over hilly landscape. Since I began keeping a record: Aug 20th,2K8, I have logged well over 1,000 plus miles during this time of walking, climbing or hiking.

Xmas Holiday 24th Dec thru Jan4th, 2006

Picture taken with my cellphone standing just outside the Silver-Turtle, moments before the sun's final setting on the old year 2005.
New Year's Eve is upon us and the beginning of 2006 is just about to awaken with great weather temp, as it was in the mid 50's last night.
I have this desire and deep wish: For all of mankind, all the best wishes that your hands can hold and, that which you can not..pass on to those who are in greater needs of your sharing.
With the new year, my awareness of my time here is quickly coming to an end once again.
This has become an annual ritual, of sorts, to spend the holidays here at my birth location.
(I know...you don't have to tell me..I'm okay with it except, I do miss the extended families ties left behind in the 20th century..) Posted by Picasa

Xmas Holiday 24th Dec thru Jan4th, 2006

Drove down to Virginia Beach, Va. to spend the holidays with my "Silver-Turtle".
The first day of the trip driving down was uneventful. Ended up spending the night at a Comfort Inn, just off exit 3 on the NJP.
The next day of the trip begin being awaken by the alarm clock buzzing around 6:30 am. Showered and, went down for breakfest. Checked out to a fantastic sunny day for driving.
Stopped at the local Wawa store for coffee.
Arrived in Virginia Beach early afternoon before rush hour~ Nice trip all the way down the DELMARVA route..Every year I notice huge improvements alone the way.
The entire stay was filled with down time. Which, after quiting my second job selling AIrstream product, was sorely overdue~ While down there, I was next to Paula Ford and, another individual from ICR..It seems that there was a major water works project starting up just after the 3rd of Jan, 2K6. We all got to together for dinner out and, I spend numerous days just walking the beach feeding bread to the seagulls. Posted by Picasa
